At Chronovell, we believe that receiving your timepiece should be as seamless and elegant as wearing it. The following policy outlines all shipping details for orders within the United Kingdom.


1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the United Kingdom, including:

  • England

  • Scotland

  • Wales

  • Northern Ireland

We do not ship internationally at this time.


2. Shipping Times

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday). Once dispatched, standard delivery typically takes:

  • 1 to 3 business days for most UK locations.

Please note: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.


3. Shipping Fees

  • Standard Shipping: FREE on all orders.

  • Express Shipping (Next Business Day): £6.95 (available at checkout).

All deliveries include tracking and insurance for your peace of mind.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to monitor delivery progress in real time.


5. Packaging & Presentation

Each timepiece is carefully packaged in our signature Chronovell® box, discreetly wrapped and protected to ensure it arrives in perfect condition — whether it's a gift or a personal purchase.


6. Missed Deliveries & Redelivery

If no one is available to receive the parcel, our delivery partner will leave a card or notify you via text/email with instructions to rearrange delivery or collect from a local depot.


7. Delays & Issues

While we strive for timely delivery, unforeseen delays (e.g. weather, courier issues) may occasionally occur. If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 5 working days of dispatch, contact us at:

8. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Chronovell is not responsible for parcels delayed or lost due to incorrect address information.
